We want you to be satisfied with Inkovera. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a credit you purchased, we will make it right. This policy explains when and how refunds are handled.
When Refunds Are Granted
We offer refunds or credit restoration in the following situations:
- Failed generation: Your report generation failed due to a technical error on our side and the credit was consumed. We will restore the credit to your account.
- Double charge: You were charged twice for the same purchase. We will refund the duplicate payment in full.
- Service unavailability: If the service was completely unavailable for an extended period at the time of your purchase, we will issue a full refund upon request.
- Unauthorized transaction: If a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us immediately and we will investigate and refund if confirmed.
When Refunds Are Not Granted
- Credits that have been successfully used to generate and download a report.
- Dissatisfaction with the quality of the AI-generated report content — we strongly encourage reviewing the free preview before downloading.
- Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date.
- Credits purchased in a pack where some credits have already been used.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at media.inkovera@gmail.com with:
- Your account email address.
- The date of purchase.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
Credit Restorations
In cases of failed generation due to a technical error, we prefer to restore the consumed credit to your account immediately rather than process a monetary refund. This is faster and gets you back to generating your report without delay.
