2. Description of Service

Inkovera is an AI-powered platform that assists students in generating structured academic project reports (PFE — Projet de Fin d'Études). The Service analyzes your code repository or uploaded project files and produces a draft report in PDF format. The generated content is intended as a starting point and writing aid — not as a final submission without review and personalization by the student.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Inkovera, you agree that:

• You are the owner or have the right to use the project files and repositories you upload.
• You will review, edit, and personalize any generated report before submitting it to your institution.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with your institution's academic integrity policies.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the content you upload (source code, ZIP files, descriptions). The generated report content is delivered to you upon download and becomes your property. Inkovera retains no rights over your generated reports. The Inkovera platform, branding, interface, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Inkovera.

5. Credits and Payments

Access to report downloads requires credits purchased through our platform. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to local taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated reports will meet your institution's specific requirements, formatting standards, or be error-free. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should always be reviewed by the user.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkovera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to academic consequences, loss of data, or loss of revenue.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, any unused credits may be forfeited unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
